We offer refund only when the product reaches you in a damaged condition. We do not offer refund in any other case.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange in case of any issue with the product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where no exchange is possible-
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is flagged for exchange more than 1 day after delivery.
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
To exchange your product, you should courier your product to: Odara Jewellery, 2231, Sector-B, Pocket-2, , Vasant Kunj, 110070 Delhi DL, India within 24 hours of delivery of the product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
